Last week, Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat had visited Ashgabat to attend the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA). He appreciates the cleanliness of the city and hoped Jakartans could imitate it which is concerned about the cleanliness of the city.
“Every night, the janitor in Ashgabat is always cleaning up trashes that scattered on the street,” he expressed, at City Hall, Monday (9/21).
